TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PRINT SALES

By purchasing an image as a print, you hereby agree that the print may only be used for personal use and may not be used for any commercial purposes including public display, exploitation, reproduction, alteration or syndication to third parties.

Your items will be dispatched within 14 days of placing your order or sooner if possible, to the person named on the Order Form.

All prints are sold unmounted and unframed unless otherwise stated.

Any images brough as prints remain the sole copyright of the photographer

DIGITAL IMAGE SALES

By purchasing an image as a download you hereby agree that the image may only be used for personal use and may not be used for any commercial purposes including public display, exploitation, reproduction, alteration, or syndication to third parties.

Your items will be dispatched within 24 hours of placing your order or sooner if possible, to the person named on the Order Form.

Any images brought as downloads remain the sole copyright of the photographer.

Returns and Exchanges

Your print order is being fulfilled by an on-line print lab. Should something go wrong and you are dissatisfied with your print order please do not hesitate to contact us on darrengrittonphotography@gmail.com without delay.

DIGITAL IMAGE LICENCE

If you are posting any of the digital files to social media (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram* etc) or if you share or use any digital files from either Facebook or my website, you may not alter the image in any way and you must give credit to Darren Gritton Photography. *Instagram - you may not alter the image(s) in any way by adding filters. You may not re-edit, crop, or remove watermark, or alter the images in any way, doing otherwise is copyright infringement.
